COURT CRAFT
Heavy training into the routine and not so routine highly needed court crafts by using tutorials and practicals, including several embedding and hands on live sessions under expert guides.
The most needed skillset which cannot be acquired by simple observation.
Starting from drafting guidelines and story building to written presentations to primary objections to leading evidence properly and most effectively to cross examination skills to framing of appeals and writs and preparations of arguments, and all works related to every skill required in court.
This skill is normally acquired in various degrees over a period of few years to even decades in a range of acquisition, while we lead the trainees by hand providing them deep insight and reasoning at every step, through tutorials as well as practicals in real life environment, correcting them and letting them rectify their mistakes all through, not possible through any other activity.
